CHUVA is about helping professionals be the best they can be. It’s about self-awareness, self-esteem, physical image as well as presence. It’s also about taking responsibility, taking action, and taking control of one’s own career path.

Chuva means "rain" in Portuguese. Over the past 25 years we have worked with thousands of people. One common thread we have experienced with almost all them has been a desire for growth, which oftentimes called for change; whether professionally or personally.

Growth is not about judgment; it's about awareness. The beauty of the CHUVA Group is that we can offer our clients alternatives in this dynamic change process. In this process, like rain, we are recycling, adapting new form, shape and meaning.

Since 1987 CHUVA has been conducting professional development programs in the U.S. and in recent years, South America. Client-base ranges across the board:  cable, television, real-estate, pharmaceutical, engineering, universities, banking, medical, hotels, and automotive…to mention a few.

Aside from providing services to organizations, CHUVA is strongly committed to supporting the community. Parker Geiger, along with his colleague, Barbara Johnson, a professional aesthesian and makeup artist, created “Project Renewal”; a program helping homeless mothers build self-esteem. CHUVA also helps parents of The Atlanta Children’s Shelter with interviewing skills.

In Brazil, CHUVA maintains their commitment to support the communities where they work. Most recently CHUVA sponsored Miss Universe 2004-05, Jennifer Hawkins, to help empower young women in the International Business field and to raise awareness in bringing more private funding to organizations that create healthy home environments for children with AIDS and Cancer hospitals for children.
