One “identity” is not better than the other, nor is one right or wrong. They just “occur”. Everyone possesses authoritative and approachable traits. Initially one is typically more prominent than the other. But once handshakes are exchanged and words are spoken, then one’s Perception IDentity™ can shift immediately, over time, or remain constant.
