PHASE 1

OBSERVATION

The purpose of this phase is to allow the trainee to understand the program in its entirety and observe the dynamics as a whole. To begin this phase and before attending the seminar presented by CHUVA group, the trainee will receive the “Professional Presence Workbook” that must be completed before attending the seminar and the “Evaluation Worksheet” that must be completed following the seminar.


The goal is to utilize the trainee’s time and opportunity to:

Self-evaluate his or her own knowledge on all disciplines and topics presented by program. To familiarize with the structure, dynamics and tools of the program. To complete the “Evaluation Worksheet” by making notes of the topics and disciplines that will need to be reinforced during the one-on-one training session. To highlight and identify program challenges and technical questions. This certification program is presented in 4 different phases and will be conducted by one of Impression Management’s Specialist.

PHASE 2

ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING

CHUVA groups Specialist will meet the trainee for a one-on-one session to review and reinforce the following:

  • Complete outline of the “Professional Presence Program Training Manual”;
  • The trainee’s knowledge on each skill, within each competency;
  • The contents of the “Professional Presence Workbook”;
  • The “Evaluation Worksheet”;
  • The opportunity to customize a personal dynamic strategy;
  • Options and alternatives on how to interact with attendees;
  • The Power Point Presentation of the impressionmanagement-tactics.

PHASE 3

TRAINING EVALUATION

During this phase, CHUVA groups Specialist will attend the trainee first seminar. This phase is important because the Specialist will videotape the session to complete a personal profile evaluation of the trainee performance. The following elements will be highlight during the training evaluation:

  • Overall dynamic of the program;
  • Overall presentations skills (opening and closing);
  • Overall interaction between the trainee and the attendees;
  • Overall knowledge of the disciplines and topics.

If necessary CHUVA Groups Specialist will support the trainee on questions that may arise in case he/she would not be able to answer at scene.

PHASE 4

FINAL REVISION

This is a one-on-one session to review the videotape and the personal evaluation created by Impression Management’s Specialist. The following will be reviewed during this phase:

  • The outcome of the opening and closing phases. This will ensure a clear understanding of the different options available to the trainee to improve his/her presentation skills.
  • Help establish a comfortable working dynamic to maintain full control during seminar.
  • Demonstrate some highlights of the program through videotape to allow the trainee to understand his/her personal style and how it can impact the outcome of his/her presentation.
  • To create an opportunity to discuss his/her personal challenges faced during the program.
  • A final guideline to help help the trainee improve confidence, credibility and leadership.
