An employee’s Professional Image can be a great marketing tool or a distinct liability in the pursuit of career advancements and representation of an organization’s already established image. This program takes approximately 2-3 hours and is done in a private, one-to-one session.

IMAGE DISCIPLINES

The following primary design elements that constitute a professional image will be
determined and evaluated for the participant:

Step 1

Color Profile

If used properly, color can be one of the most powerful communication tools in the workplace. It helps establish trust and credibility. The Color Profile teaches the participant how to effectively utilize the influence of color by exposing them to his/her own boundaries of color choices and the basics of color psychology. The Color Profile will identify which of the 4-Wardrobe Color Palette(s) best harmonize with the participant’s skin, hair, and eye colors. This is important so the Specialist can recommend appropriate color parameters for hair, accessories and for cosmetic colors. The Color Profile also includes the following to help the participant develop the most effective wardrobe possible.

Numerical Charting System

CHUVA’s unique Numerical Charting System rates each color from the participant’s wardrobe color palette on a value scale of 1-5, five being the best. This will teach the participant how to wear color more effectively and how to invest his/her money wisely.

Combination Color System

Buying clothing in the correct colors is one thing, but putting them together can be another challenge altogether. CHUVA’s Combination Color Formula will help you lean how to combine colors that will only enhance your professional presence, but will not detract from it.

Color Code

The Specialist will identify specific colors for accessories, hair color and, for women, cosmetic colors.

Step 2

Face Facts

One’s face shape determines the three framing-components that frame the face: hair cut/style, eyewear and collar lines. This is critical because these components should balance and harmonize with the face and the professional direction of the participant. The specialist will identify the participant’s face shape, or combination thereof so that the framing components can be recommended.

Step 3

Clothing Style Profile and Body Type

There are 4 basic Clothing Styles: natural, classic, romantic, dramatic. One’s physical characteristics and body language helps determine an identity. Often times one’s personality traits impact the outcome of the style.

Step 4

Image Evaluation

The participant’s Specialist will also make Image Enhancement recommendations for the participant on those disciplines that need addressing. This also allows the participant to ask various questions about his or her image concerns.

Step 5 (Women)

Cosmetic Evaluation/Application

The Specialist will review the participant’s current cosmetic colors. Recommendations will be according to their coloring, clothing style, business, and lifestyle. The application of cosmetics will be evaluated. The Specialist will then teach the participant a step-by-step application process with the appropriate colors as well as make recommendations for colors to add, delete, or keep in their cosmetic color profile.

Step 6
