Step 1: Employee Presence Program
CHUVA group will meet with your management team to determine the parameters for the other elements that constitutes one’s total uniform-wardrobe. Those following elements will create an employee presence that will set your company apart from the competition.
Once all the elements have been determined, CHUVA group will provide an Employee Presence Booklet detailing what is required for their new look. This booklet will be given during the Employee Presence Training Orientation.
- Accessories
- Personal grooming
- Jewelry
- Cosmetics
Step 2: Employee Presence Training Orientation Program
CHUVA group’s design team will present an “Employee Presence Orientation Program” to your employees that will motivate them to take ownership in being a part of your organization’s continued success.
This orientation will explain the process of designing their uniform-wardrobe. The other elements of the uniform-wardrobe parameters that were predetermined by your management team will be demonstrated. In addition, we will create an Employee Presence Profile.
Each participant will receive an Employee Presence Booklet to serve as a reference to ensure that their Professional Presence is maintained on a constant basis.
Step 3: Cosmetic Evaluation Training
This seminar will teach the participant’s how to apply those cosmetics that is consistent with their personal Wardrobe Color Palette and coordinate with their particular uniform-wardrobe.
Each female employee will receive a collection of those cosmetics that your organization recommends. This will ensure accuracy and consistency for a professional presence.
Step 4: Employee Evaluation and Fitting
This step addresses two issues.
Each employee is to come to their fitting with their uniform-wardrobe elements implemented correctly. From hairstyles to shoes, CHUVA group’s design team will be on hand to evaluate their employee presence. Each employee will have their strengths reinforced and make recommendations for their image challenges.
Tailors will be on hand to ensure proper fit for each uniform-wardrobe.
Step 5: Employee Retention Program
For a period of 2 years, every 4 months, specialists from CHUVA group’s design team will visit various properties to evaluate the progress of the project. A written report will be provided to the appropriate parties.
“Resources”
We approach each uniform development by working with top-level professionals such as our own Image Communications Specialists, fashion designers, tailors, and professional shoppers to make this project easy and cost effective.
From traditional to non-traditional uniforms, we customize the clothing (design special fabrics and colors) or we can choose from a retailer’s in-season garments. Our substantial resources allow you the freedom not to be limited by quantity or style options.
“Design Channel”
CHUVA group will add a special login area to our website, allowing your organization to stay up-to-date on the progress of the project. This will save a considerable amount of time and travel expenses for all parties involved, thus reducing the cost of the project to a minimum.
