Behaviors
Identifying one’s behaviors and recognizing the behaviors of others can greatly improve interpersonal relationships, work productivity, teamwork/building, better communication, create and maintain a personal brand, and preparing and delivering a presentation (formally or informally).
If we know and understand our own behavior, then we are more effective at adapting them to make these various business opportunities more effective. A foundational principle at CHUVA group is that perception is reality; therefore we strongly believe that one’s perception of us is most critical.
The DISC Assessment allows us to see ourselves as others see (perceive) us. If we know and understand our own behavior and recognize it in others, then we can better adapt to make various business situations more effective. The goal is to help identity red flags (challenges) and green flags (strengths) in business to save time and money, reducing conflicts with self or others before they become a real liability.
